1. Scope
This policy applies to the Revaultta Worship Windows application, its account and device-activation services, and this product website. Revaultta Worship is designed for churches, ministries and their media teams.
2. Information we process
When an account is created or used for desktop activation, the service may process:
- your name and email address;
- a password hash used to authenticate the account—the service does not need to store your plain-text password;
- account role, approval status and approved device limit;
- a randomly generated installation identifier;
- device and application metadata such as the device name, operating system, architecture, application version, activation time and last-seen time;
- pending-approval, refresh and signed-license information needed to activate and periodically verify access.
The desktop design does not intentionally collect MAC addresses or invasive hardware fingerprints for activation.
3. Local worship content
Core worship information—including the bundled Bible and hymns, local songs, service orders, private hymn edits, settings, imported media and thumbnails—is stored locally on the Windows device where applicable. That local operational content is not automatically uploaded by the current desktop application.
4. How information is used
Account and device information is used to create and authenticate accounts, manage approval, enforce an approved device limit, issue and refresh signed licenses, respond to support requests, protect the service against abuse and maintain the reliability of the activation system.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure or support providers that help operate the website and activation service. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably required to comply with law, protect users or secure the service. Revaultta Worship does not describe locally stored worship material as public content.
6. Retention
Account, activation and device records may be retained while an account remains active and for a reasonable period needed for security, support, dispute handling or legal obligations. Local worship content remains on the user’s device until the user edits, deletes or removes it, subject to ordinary device backups and operating-system behavior.
7. Security
The activation service uses HTTPS and signed license data. Desktop refresh and pending-approval tokens are protected using the operating system’s secure storage where available. No system is completely secure; churches should also protect their Windows accounts, project computers and local backups.
8. Your choices
You may contact support to ask about your account information, correct account details or request account assistance. You can manage locally stored worship content from the application or by removing it from the relevant device. Some account or activation records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons.
9. Children
Revaultta Worship is a professional church presentation product and is not directed to children as an account service. Churches remain responsible for how they manage their own users and presentation content.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the product changes. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
