1. Acceptance
By accessing the Revaultta Worship website, creating an account or using the Windows application, you agree to these terms. If you use the product for a church or ministry, you confirm that you are permitted to act for that organization.
2. Accounts and activation
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding account credentials and activity performed through your account. Desktop access may require approval and is limited to the number of devices approved for the account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses those controls.
3. Software use
Subject to account approval and these terms, Revaultta Worship grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the desktop application for lawful church and ministry presentation. You must not attempt to defeat activation controls, extract private service credentials, distribute modified installers as official releases or use the service to harm other systems.
4. Worship content and media
You remain responsible for the songs, lyrics, images, videos, notices and other material you add or present. You should have the permission or license needed to use that material. Bundled public-domain material is identified where applicable; the availability of an import feature does not grant rights to third-party content.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Revaultta Worship to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the activation service, probe accounts or devices without authorization, or overload the service. Reasonable security and rate limits may be applied.
6. Connectivity and availability
Core worship presentation features are designed to operate locally after activation. Registration, account approval, initial activation and periodic license verification require access to the online service. Maintenance, hosting issues, device configuration and circumstances outside reasonable control can affect availability.
7. Your operational responsibility
Presentation teams should test their computer, projector, audio/video formats and service order before a live event. Keep appropriate backups of local worship content and a practical fallback for critical services. Revaultta Worship does not control third-party hardware, Windows configuration, display cables or media codecs.
8. Product changes
Features, requirements and these terms may change as the product develops. Material updates should be reflected by a new effective date or product notice. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms where permitted.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The product is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that every device, codec, network or service environment will operate without interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or disabled for security concerns, misuse, account-status changes or material breach of these terms. Deactivation does not intentionally delete worship content stored locally on your device.
