Account approval
New desktop registrations remain pending until an administrator approves the account.
Device activation
Sign in online once approved. The app then keeps a signed local license for offline worship use.
Second display
Set Windows to Extend displays, then open Stage and select the connected TV or projector.
Offline services
Bible, hymns, songs, media, service order, Stage and notices remain local after activation.

For the fastest help, include your account email but never send your password or license token.
Before contacting support
- Confirm you are using Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit.
- Check that the device has internet access for registration, approval and periodic license verification.
- For projector issues, confirm Windows is using Extend—not Duplicate—when separate Stage output is required.
- For video issues, try MP4 with H.264/AAC or WebM if the current codec cannot be decoded.
- Do not delete your local app-data folder while troubleshooting; it contains services, songs, media and settings.
